Enamelware is made by fusing glass onto heavy gauge steel, resulting in strong, durable cookware that will last for many years. 

Enamelware has an enamel surface which is durable and scratch resistant. It is suitable for use on gas and electric hobs, and is oven safe to 270°C. 

The dish is perfect for lasagne or as a roasting tray.
